What I Made For Dinner This Week

We try to eat relatively healthy on weeknights and I usually seek out recipes that are on the quick and easy side. Here are the meals that did not disappoint!

CREAMY SUN-DRIED TOMATO BASIL CHICKEN

This was my first time making this one from The Defined Dish and it went straight to our favorites list (despite my husband’s usual aversion to tomatoes)!

GREEK-STYLE LEMON CHICKEN SOUP

I only discovered this broccyourbody soup a few weeks ago and it’s already in regular rotation. This recipe calls for either cauliflower rice or orzo. I used both to bulk up the vegetable content. *Side note: Make a double batch so you’ll have plenty for lunch during the week.

AIR FRYER KOREAN-STYLE BBQ CHICKEN WINGS

I’m a huge fan of pretty much anything Skinnytaste does and this recipe is no different. You will need to purchase her One and Done cookbook for Gina’s original recipe but this is a close second. *Side note: instructions are included for cooking them in the oven if you do not have an air fryer.
